Parent-Teacher Conferences
Thursday, October 3rd and Friday, October 4th
We are looking forward to connecting with parents/guardians and students during our upcoming conferences. Conferences are an excellent opportunity early in the year for you and your child to talk with teachers about your student’s learning goals. Arena-style conferences will be on Thursday, October 3 from 4:30-7 p.m. in the Bear Den and Gym. Online conferences via Teams and phone calls will be on Friday, October 4 from 8-11 a.m. and 12-3 p.m. Below is more information about our upcoming conferences.
Thursday, October 3rd:
Arena-Style Conferences from 4:30-7:00 PM in the Bear Den and Gym
All parents/guardians and students are welcome to attend our arena-style conferences during the evening of Thursday, October 3rd. Just show up--no need to sign up in advance. Conversations will be kept to 5 minutes so staff can talk with all families. Since conferences will end on time, please arrive early enough to have plenty of time to both wait in line and talk with teachers. Interpreting services will be available.
Friday, October 4th:
Online via Teams or Phone Call from 8:00-11:00 AM and 12:00-3:00 PM
Parents/guardians may sign up in advance for conferences with any of their student’s teachers or their counselor. Students are invited to join these conversations.
When you sign up, you will have the option of choosing a conference via Microsoft Teams or a phone call. If you choose a conference via Teams, you will receive a confirmation email after you sign up. On the day and time of your scheduled conference, please click on the link in the confirmation email. If you choose a conference over the phone, the teacher or counselor will call you at the designated time using the number you provide when you sign up.
Conversations will be kept to 5 minutes so staff can talk with all families.

Attending conferences is optional for families. Your student is invited to attend conferences with you, and you may choose to conference with only some of your student’s teachers. Our staff is always willing to talk with parents and guardians if you ever think it would be helpful for your student(s).
Note that our students will not attend school on Friday, October 4th as teachers will be in conferences.
